A Workspace is a digital environment in the DRUID Portal where users interact with virtual assistants through chat, voice, and centralized data. Web views and forms within Workspaces display information from entities, which store data retrieved from the DRUID Data Service or external sources like SQL databases, Salesforce, or REST APIs.
